Weird Brake Wear
I've noticed the inner side of my brake discs are wearing strangely...
The outer part (10mm) of the disk is hardly touched by the pad, and is starting to rust. Ive stripped and cleaned the calipers and pads and its still the same after a few weeks of driving?
Starting to seize maybe? I've got new discs and pads to put on, but i want to make sure alls well 1st! I'll do a fluid change and re-bleed the system too.

By the sounds of it your sliders on the calliper might be starting to seize i see this problem all the time at work if you peel back the rubber on them and check to see if there is any rust if there is this can cause the uneven where in the discs

Agreed on the caliper starting to seize. Most likely is the 2 slider pins (7mm allen bolts) which will be jamming. They seize up, the piston on the caliper tries to override and the caliper ends up working at a slight angle, which gives you the rust mark on the disc on the outer edge.
Remove and clean the caliper slider bolts and go from there.
