I plan to run water injection on my series 1.
It's a 1600cvh with a GRS front mount. I'll be controlling the pump from a IECS monitor, in other words i'm only using the water injection as a safety feature.
I've read about a basic formula to use 10/15% water to fuel but this is all on American forums so guess this is for mapping?
Just wandering if anyone else uses water injection as a safety feature and what size nozzle they run?
Cheers

Will be perfect as long as you have decent pressure.
What formula are you talking about? All you need to know.
Wi ON if ACT is higher than 40degree + Boost Pressure is above 5psi
Wi OFF if ACT is lower than 35degree AND/OR if Boost Pressure is below 5psi.
Done.

I think the formula I found is more to do with mapping the WI to run all the time on cars limited with intercoolers. WI seams popular on Impreza's, Pulsars/Sunny's and R53 Cooper S. All have intercoolers mounted in top of the engine. Here's a link to the site.
