Default rst parts

Right guys after some time away im back and now own a red g plate 90 sec escort rst bought cheap needs some work ie little welding and respray problem i got is its a 1.9 tall block lump but has droped a valve do a strandard 1.6 cvh head gasket kit and valve fit the 1.9 tall block or do i need to source these parts ??? and also been told need solid lifters anyone shine some light on this its a stage 3 there not standard lifter, he got some soposed uprated lifters clearly no good

New man for the lifters. Phone engine tuners for info on head gaskets hope that helps

Cheers fella yer was going to use new man solid lifters just the head gasket and new valve i need info on il have a ring around see if i can get any info

specialised engine are the ones to speak to about the 1900 cvh i gather. solid lifters are usually used with newman cams so best take dizzy out and see whats stamped on the end of the cam.
