1.8 bottom end for goin zvh
was thinkin bowt geting some more power out of my car and what to do i havent fitted a cam yet and then i rememberd i started building a zetec turbo years ago for my fiesta, was just thinking about using the bottom end, is it pasable to use the standard pistons! with either decom plate or piston skim?
is there a thread for prepin the block for zvh?
got the block sitn rehoned with new ford crank balanced n new shell with new piston rings and arp rod bolts,
how well will this work on my mfi also wudnt mind a cam shaft got a pulley!
got a zetec head rebuilt with hardend piper springs sitn has bn resurfaced n new stem seals too.
spec so far chip, large intercooler full stainless rebuilt head, k and n,
car goes really well as was set up by simon at sitech

try it with either a kent 34 or piper 285 cam mate then get head ported and fit a stage 2 turbo. not too sure about zvh conversions as ive never tackled one but im sure someone could help you out. as for mfi as long as you get it setup regular should be fine but efi would probs be better to cope with extra fuelling required
