Mine are shite (mainly cause there from a bonus shell and i've got the additional weight of a spoiler). Rather than paying £30~ for brand new proper ones, has anyone found any out there that do the job that i can find at a scrappy? Mondeo or something like that?

 

Yep. I have fitted mk2 mondeo ones to mine. The boot don't open as high but the boot opens nice and stays up SOLID. If I was being picky I would say they are slightly too much
