Ive always been a firm believer than GRS are best in the business and 3 of my cars all have them cant fault them never had one problem but seem this 500 style and just wondered what would perform better?

also what are the upsides of single pass intercoolers I cant remember the reason the NMS boys run them?

Maybe GRS cooler makes few bhp more than single pass in the top end in dyno, but boost rises quicker with single pass.

Double pass intercoolers have as resctictive U bend at one end so the air is kept in the core longer so "should" be cooled better.
I say "should" as I have never seen any evidence that one is better than the other.
I dout it makes much difference in reality.
I belive that core quality is more important than position of inlet's and outlet's.
