Default problems after rebuild

Hi, i've got some issues after my engine rebuild.
1st the idle, it is very low and then it just goes up to 1500 rpm and down again to about 700rpm.
There has been messed with the idle screws, co pot, idle screw under the throttlebody and the stop for the throttle cable..
2nd when the car is coming on boost it just holds back, i can hear the dump valve when i release the gas.
If i go off boost the car drives good, when i come on boost it goes worse than off boost.

Any suggestions are welcome, thanks

The actuator is from msd the -31 and maybe 3 months old, boost acts normal was only going to 0.3 it can go to 0,5 bar.
It's just that when i cross the 0 on the boost gauge it just won't move anymore it goes worse than off boost.
was thinking that it maybe is the little pipe from manifold to the boost computer is squished under the heater box.
Nothing has been done to the on boost fueling before the rebuild.
so can't understand why it should be different now?
Yeah ok the block has oversized pistons but only slightly as part of the rebuild because it had heavy scratches.. but even 0.1 bar isnt going anywhere.
But i'll check the actuator to be save. Thanks

didn't think about air leaks yet , thanks
I'll check that tomorrow though it's too dark now.
Could air leaks also cause unstable idle? and maybe the boost problem?
The needle on the boost gauge goes up like normal but the car isn't going anywhere.

Thanks for the advise

Edit: a person said to me that i have to use a adjustable pulley for the piper 285t because i'm still using the original ford one.
Would it make a difference if im still using a standard headgasket when the block and cilinderhead are skimmed? dont really now if i have a thicker one or not..

no it hasn't and that's the problem here in Belgium we dont have a tuner that is specialised in MFI.
I know a guy that can set it up for me , he knows the system well but he hasnt done it in a long time..
Or i'll have to put it on a trailer and do a 168 km drive to the netherlands because there is a well known tuner for rs turbos and all other fords..
Tomorrow i'll do a full check on hoses , sump ventilation.
First i have to get my idle to a steady 950-1000 rpm and than i can do my CO and ignition timing.
I'm thinking it really is an air leak as my boost gauge has less vacuum then before..

Then do the trip. You really want to mess about when you can get it done for a trip. It will be worth it

I havent read any of the thread other than the OP.

My advise is to stop driving like you are testing this and that! Do some research and find a setup guide i have written which will help you get the engine in to a state of tune where you will be able to drive it and understand what right and wrong.

I cant post links to my site so ask someone on here for help.

I drove it one time and that's from my work to my home which is only 9 kilometers and i tested the boost one time.
Checked all hoses, all ok. pressure test no leaks.
I mailed the guy from holland he said to use an adjustable pulley and that will solve a lot of problems. I gave him all the possible details, it's a lot easier to explain it to him because its in dutch..
The guy i talked about earlier that knows his stuff but was a long time ago..
well he found all his guides and info back and will set the car up.. i trust him because loads of people advised me to go to him and had very good experiences with him.
I'll let you guys know how things are going ,

Thanks
