megasquirt and tacho's...
Hello all,
Got my car idling today
This weekend im fitting gauges and trim ect. just wondered how people drive their rev counter?
I don't have an optional output for it, so its either 2 diodes off the sparkA&B or something else....
What works for you?
Cheers

The two diodes method didnt work well at all for me, needle was very inaccurate and twitchy.
Some say you can use only one of the two spark outputs and then adjust the RPM needle calibration screw in the clocks but for me there was not enough adjustment for that to work.
I use the tacho output now.
