Im not sure if the cosworth ones are the same mate, they certainly don't look the same....
I'm in the same boat, i bought some thick rubber and had it stamped, this with some stainless washers makes for a good substitute.
I did toy with getting polyurethane machined for the job, but its too stiff and would transmit too much pump noise.

Funny this thread should pop up as I asked Raj at autoflock if he did these in poly the other day and he said he would look into it if there was enough interest iirc!
Although rob makes a good point about pump noise, I hadn't thought about that, but do you think it would really be that bad!?

Unfortunately yes, in my experience stiff pump mounts make for a a lot of noise.
Although i was stuck using 90A poly as this can be machined pretty easily. You can mould far softer. But still, i think it would be too much.
I'll take some pics of my set up when its fitted, all stainless so should last fairly well too.
Poly is still worth a go though!
