Hey,

quick question:

to drain the coolant i have to disconnect the bottom hose right? There isn't a draining plug on the s2 (1990) is there?

Cheers

yeh take the bottom hose off the rad or from the water pump,
if you have access to a hose its always worth while flush the engine through.

just drain the coolant then blast water through using a garden hose yea?
does it flush it doing that then? suppose as long as you seal the hose against the coolant hose it has no choice!

how do you bleed air out of the system once refilled?
ive been letting it idle with the cap off until no more bubbles appear in the header tank

also now my heater only blow cold air no matter how hot the engine is
therea no blockages in the matrix i diconnected one end at a time while it was running and water pumped out fine
