Right i am in a quandry as my car is juddering slightly at around 30 mph in 3rd and 4th gear plugs are denso iridium ik24 with a group a coil and magnacor leads i have set the gap to what it says in the manual but the slight judder is still there shall i make the gap smaller say 0.6mm??? any help would be greatful

What condition is the distributor cap and rotor arm?

Are you convinced this judder is ignition related?

 

Yes stu as everything else has been checked and also the timing is spot on as is the fuelling, rotor arm is new as is the cap

 

you could try to make the gap smaller won't hurt, if it doesn't go away check the leads.

 

Ok matey will try them at 0.6 and see what its like if not i will get rid of the magnacor's never used them before as always use genuine ford or motorsport leads
