Default ESCORT COSWORTH ht leads for RS Turbo MFI

Hi

I need to replace my old Rs Turbo ht plug leads but want to fit the Ford Escort Rs Cosworth type because I think they got a better plastic/silicone plugs and also have the angle plugs for the distributor cap.
Now,my car is running MFI NOT EFI with mixed ht leads, 2 RS Turbo blue magnecor leads on cylinders no.1 & 2 and 2 Escort Cosworth leads on cylinders no.3 & 4 (Magnecord leads of cylinders 3 & 4 were broken making a missfire), but I don´t know if Escort Cosworth leads kit will be long enough to fit them on cylinders no.1 & 2.
Will the Ford Escort Rs Cosworth Ht plug lead set fit ok on my Ford Escort Rs Turbo S2?

Any one have tested these leads from Motorspors Development??

Thanks.

If you want a good set of leads I recommend you magnecor KV85 leads. Are expensive but the best quality.

Std cosworth leads will fit and are the best option. Beru leads are awesome. £180 a set new if you can find them. Nothing like cheap after market crap on offer now days.

They will fit a std MFi car and a great mod.

The best way to fit them is using a cosworth dizzy cap so that the cap has a built in 90 degree facing towards the bonnet. Then the leads will fit nice and neat.

The only thing that will stop the cap from fitting is the locating tab on the dizzy cap is in the wrong place. You have two ways of fixing this. One is take the dizzy apart by hitting the pin which holds the shaft in the dizzy and knocking it out so you can remove the shaft and washers and carbon shims. Then file a new slot for the tab in the correct place. Or the bodge way which is filing the tab off the dizzy cap. But this way means the cap can turn. It doesnt if the clips hold the cap on tight. But thats not 100% and im fussy. So best way is take the dizzy apart and fit a new seal kit from lucus £17 at the same time.

Hope that makes sense if not just ask ill type again. lol.

Thanks for your help mate!!
But really I don´t want to change the MFI dizzy cap for a cosworth cap, I don´t want complications, only replace leads and go..........
The question is:
Escort Cosworth leads would be long enough to fit them on my RS TURBO MFI without any mod from MFI dizzy cap to the spark plugs of each piston (keeping in mind that cylinders 1-2 are farther from dizzy cap) ??
