well lads here i go have a few problems with my rs turbo only got it. on my way home 30 min in to my trip it cut out just went dead got it home on a rope left it next morning it started first turn i left it runnin about 30 min latter it cut out agin wouldent start. went back at it there it started no bother was ticken over sound i reved it up it cut out agin and wouldent start then there was white smoke out the back and some out under bonnet any idea what my problem is lads o ya its pissin in water some where floor all wet did i buy a pig?

 

White smoke is generally head gasket if it is actually pluming out as you rev it, water on the floor is one of many possible leaks (battery tray, fuse box, windscreen surround, door rubbers, sun roof, etc.)

 

the water inside could be the heater matrix, check to see if your loosing water

 

battery tray, fuse box, windscreen surround, door rubbers, sun roof, etc. they all look good car will not start now. it turns over makes an attempt to start then na wont start car came out of england to ireland with photos of eng rebuld so not sure if head gasket would be gone i dident have car running long enought to no how much white smoke is comein out o it
