I have got a zvh in my escort and understand peoples view on te full zt. But I agree with statement originality is a good thing. I mean in keeping with the 8v head i agree is a bit backwards but it look original at first glimpse. I had a cheap already prep'd bottom end come up and then it jus escalated but I never have regretted making that decision. I love the way mine drives and way it produces it's power! I wouldn't have it no different. I know why people go zt. But when some one says to me it's a zt I expect 250 minimum horsepower but when someone says cvh or zvh it's impressive to reach those figures. Mine runs 230 hp at 292 pound ft torque.

Is there a massive difference in a STD zetec head and a stage 3 cvh ( large valves , cam ect...)?

a standard blacktop zetec head and cams will piss over 350hp and rev to 7300rpm all day and not rip out rockers and eat cams
