s2 torque settings for head bolts

hi peeps
ive took the cylinder head off my series 2 to replace the valve stem rubbers and also regrinded the valves back in so there smooth, wont be long untill im putting everything back together again but was wondering if anyone would no what torque the head bolts need to be tightened to?
if anyone could help be much appreciated

From memory i think it done in four stages,
stage 1 25nm
stage2 55nm
staage3 90 degrees
stace4 90 degrees
degress done with a dial gauge
also when you start tightening them down start in the middle working your way out from side to side diagnal to diagnal so is pulls the head down evenly hth
