Default Coolant tamp sensor plug problem

Mine still has the push on plug that fits on the threaded section of the sensor but it keeps coming loose and falling off. I have tried tosecure it using a cable tie wrapped around the plug to help hold it on the thread but that did not work. Is there anything else I can do likecrimp the connector on or re-wire the plug?

A blue crimp connector should push nicely onto that sensor. Check it first and if it does, simply cut the old plug off and crimp the new blue one on.
