meter unit

iv seem to have fuel to my injectors if i hold the meter flap down but no fuel if meter flap is up any help would be good its had new pump relay meter unit

Or the idle mixture screw need turning clockwise 1/4 of a turn at a time until it starts.
But if it's all of a sudden done this then air leak is the first port of call!

iv also found that the pressure drops off on the flap after turning over or is that because the fuel has returned to tank
