At present changing my standard breather system to Bailey.
Just removed the left hand side of the rocker cover to metering unit plastic breather pipe.
After I done this I noticed that the smaller pipe that runs from the metering unit to 'R' of the amal is attached to the metering head and then vented to atmosphere.
I am running a bleed valve in-line between the actuator and wastegate with amal not used.
Should the hose that should be coming from the metering unit to the 'R' of the amal, be blocked or is atmosphere OK?
Next question, at the top of the metering head the take off on the RHS is larger than the LHS. I would like to use both sides to remove some T-Pieces. Does anyone have the smaller LHS take-off for sale, that I can use to replace the larger RHS?

hi the pipe to the metering unit should be blocked off, and i found that if you rub some silicone hose in you hand to warm it up abit you can stretch it over the large union on the inlet manifold.

if you going to buy the bailey breather fitting kit there is a plastic tap if you want to block the hole in you manifold and a small plastic LHS if you want to run a dump valve etc

Dont buy a fitting kit as its a massive ripp off. www.abbeyhose.co.uk will supply you any pipe work you need which is better overbraided stainless steel and will not cost as much as the fitting kit.
