Default decent spec

jst bin givin a RS turbo lump, so im goin to use this 1 to build a decent spec'd engine...

any info on good parts to use???

phone PEC (performance engine componants) they can supply everything to build a strong bottom end for a little over a grand but get it all balanced ect... (woszner pistons and steel rods)
buy a stage 3 head and look at a newman phase4 cam with solid lifters decent springs and pully.
use genuine ford head gasket ( they sell them on ebay for £40) and either use ford headbolts or arps .....

then get an aftermarket management and injectors on a efi inlet and at least a stage3 t3 and you will have around 250bhp
