How often do peoples give up?

Ive got a grindy nearside front one today. I'm sure I only replaced it about 6000 miles ago??

 

I replaced the drivers front on mine a couple months ago and after about 3 weeks it was noisy again but i put that down to possible not doing it up tight enough,done it again now though and seems fine,i wonder if it makes a difference how much power your running and how you use the power
