Ello...ive just bought a ss heatshield, the one that bolts onto the slam panel and covers the manifold and has "RS Turbo" on it. whats the best way to fit it? just drill the holes and put small bolts through it? also it touches on the top of a elbow on a pipe going into the turbo think its coolant but havnt had a good look yet. how do i get round this? cheers.

I had one mate, but never got round to fitting it.

When I test-fitted it however, I also had the issue of the shield touching that small pipe. I never really thought much of it tbh, as I couldn't really see any way around it.

is it this 1 mate if so i ran a bead of tiger seal under it to stop it chipping paint and rusting also to try stopping it vibrating as it will lots lol and then used heavy duty rivets which i got a steel company to fit it is totally solid now dont move at all and dont vibrate
