Default Changing bushes...

im needing to replace the rear bushes on my mk4 escort and was wondering what methods best for removing the old ones?

The rubbers press out easy enough, its the old casings thats a sod, the little ones (2 of each per wishbone) will press out with a g-clamp and a big socket over one side, the large inner ones I cut straight down the middle with a hack saw then squashed slightly which pulls it away from the wishbone itself then just pull it out with some grips. Trailing arms are a piece of piss, again big socket in a vice and press them out.
