hi im new on here and bought my first rs [a mercury grey 88 spec rst] a few months back does anyone no if the front seats are interchangeable between both sides as i have 2 mint passenger seats and 2 f****d drivers seats cheers

hello matey, you can put 2 passenger seat's in but the seat winder will be on the wrong side, you might be able to change the seat cover not sure though

They do swop straight over but like said the seat winder is then on the wrong side which isnt really a problem you can still adjust the seat just not as easily but to be fair how often do people wind the seat up and down whilst driveing

these seats are a peice of piss to strip and swap the trim and foam over if you wanna keep the winder on the right side and as a bonus you can put the trim in the washing machine while it is off they come out looking factory fresh just remember to take the metal rods out of the trim first my mate didnt and he was met with a tangled mess in his washer to which his mum said well we will just cut them out! i wont mention what he said in reply as there may be children reading this lol!
