I was hoping for 200-220bhp, Christian thinks closer to 200 as i'm still MFI and it needs proper mapping to make 220-230bhp with only a stage 2 T3.

Well again from what Christian said only maybe 225-230bhp is acheivable on a Stage 2 T3, for any thing more a turbo with greater flow capability is needed (turbine side is restrictive on a Stage 2).
