I run with floating little ends, but I build ZVHs with either. Makes no differance.

Simon.

Use Dolomite sprint little end bushes

A engineering friend did some for someone i know as he didn't want to press fit his new forged pistons to his standard rods before he could afford some steel rods

Think you might be a little mixed up. Fully floating refers to a bushed little end.

The alternative is press fit.

I asume you are talking about stock zetec rods? There is not alot of meat on the little end to machine out for a bush.

By the time you have spent money getting them machined you will be far better off spending another £100 ish and getting some eagles from the states.
