Question HELP: Won't start if unused for a few days

My RST won't start if left unused for about 5 days. A few hours after trying, it kicks off then. Now recently I put an Optima racing battery and I could afford a few more starting tries. I noticed that if I turn the ignition on, press the throttle all the way down and try to start it it will kick off after a few seconds though not immediately. Before it actually turns on, it feels like it wants to start but something's holding it.

Sounds like flooding? What do you think?

cold start valve playing up? I had mine tuned by Jano and before this it was unplugged and started up straight away on the button. When he tuned it he plugged it back in again and it seems a bit sluggish to start again so im gonna unplug it. Most people do.
