Have a look m8 and u should work it out. Ive never removed one before, im no mechanic and useless at most car things yet i managed to remove mine easily enuf in 10mins. If i remember i would the sunroof right back, undone all the outside screws, then wound it back closed, removed more screws then inside screws and then just manuovered it out.

the whole sunroof right? well, not quite as mentioned above.
start of in the inside, open it fully, remove the winder screw, pull downards on the winder it will remove along with the plastic gasket.
thats it for the interior.
working from the front of the sunroof, remove the bigger screws working around the sunroof.
after all screws are removed, DO NOT wind the sunroof close.
if so you risk bending the runners at the rear of the unit. Thus knacking the whole unit in one go.
while the sunroof is open pull the GLASS towards the front of the car while gently lifting it upwards, once the front of the plastic/ metal frame is free to move. STOP.
check under the frame looking at the winder mechinism(circle bit that the winder was pushed onto)
stick plenty of masking tape on the roof stick it on top of each layer.
once you got enough stuck down pull the sunroof forwards again.
if you need to stop and check its coming out ok you can rest the sunroof on the asking tape, this way you wont scratch the paint.
either way just pull it forwards once it clears the roof itself. keep going the frame is long.
just make sure you dont pull the frame otherwise you risk messing the cables and bending the frame.
thats it. done.
if youre gonna re-fit one yourself check the frame while pushing it back in, again the sunroof is best to be fitted open, theres 2 brackets at the back of the inner skin which the frame needs to sit into, and you need to push the sunroof in hard, but not over doing it.
just make sure theres masking tape at the front before refitting the sunroof, this time you WILL need it stuck on the roof. the winder bit will drag on the roof as the unit is pushed back in.
there is other ways of doing it, but this is the safest way of doing it,
and dont rush the job.
