hi all
went to change inlet manifold on my mfi lump today for a polished one and had a major problem with the centre nut just below the cold start valve the one that has the long sleeve and made of ali i think ,well put the socket on it and started to undo and i heard a crack and socket went loose when i looked the nut head split in 2 with one half in my socket and the rest firmly inplace, could no get a bite with my nut remover kit so ended up putting it all back together but was lucky it never moved so never had any leak isues.
so i need to source a replacement centre bolt if anyone knows a place in east london secondhand or a shop before i airsaw the remaining piece off and put things right
it was a simple job that went bad lol
