i rekon 30mm m8 as the ride height is still nice and comfy yet sporty enough for fast road driving...and the car looks sweet as with that drop...got a pic somewhere...

here ya go

and heres mine with a -45mm drop on the front only with 17s

mitch - red one does scrape with the rims on the arches on the back a touch when alot of people are in the car or when cornering VERY hard apart from that its fine...or if your talking about the exhaust, nope its fine generally but i get the odd few bumps here and here where it does scrape...however i am running a 3" bore exhaust as well

don't know if changing to 17s will help. try this...

www.tyresave.co.uk/tyresize.html

going from 195/50/15 to 205/40/17 is only gonna give you 20mm extra diameter, so 10mm increase in ride height! that may be enough, i don't know. i suppose you'll lose some of the sidewall flex as well, that might help a bit!

Any more than - 25mm tends to give you understeer.

Was too fast for your old turbo and is way too fast for your 316 rustbucket.

They would certainly give you more scope to make it handle better.
