hello
has anyone ever removed the plastic tube that runs down inside the windscreen pillar ,it then seems to run allong the inside of the sill ,


where does it go from here,does the water exit the pipe into the sill and drain through drain holes, if so. i think mines been filled and theres a fooking huge hole in the sill now to weld ,at the rear of the car ,or does the pipe exit the car underneath ,??????????????????????????????
has anyone any knowledge of this pipe ,

regards dave fooking boring i know ,but i cant swim

I know mine is probly doin the same hence my wet carpet!

Had the same thing on my xr2i aswell,tho that was worse than what my turbo is!

This pipe is the water drain from your sunroof (open the sun roof and at the front you will see 2 holes, one in each corner)

It runs down the "A" pillar and discharges into the cill.

If your drain holes are blocked it will find another way out.

If you remove this pipe your head lining inside will get very wet and make the inside of your car damp.
