I have an S2 Rs turbo which has the following mods chip, -31actuator, Piper T285T2 cam, K&N, Mongoose Full system, Front Mounted Intercooler. I want to be running a bit more power somewhere around 200 ish mark. Im not sure whether to go for a different Turbo or get head work done. I was wondering if you guys could suggest which one of these would give me better performance results to get the power that i want.

Any help would be appriciated.

 

I would say a different turbo will be better, all those mods and a ported head the turbo will be maxed out. providing its a std T3 you you have they are only good for abt 200bhp

 

Just buy a t3 fron an 4x4 sierra cos, should fit right in your exhaust housing, or change the whole.
Better turbo, more flow and can give more bhp

i may have a fully rebuilt (freshly done) fiesta turbo head if i can get my zetec turbo engine back incase you wishe to go efi? its had valve seats and valve faces recut, a bit of work done on the guides and is ported anlong with new oil seals i will be looking £150
