poor idle and stalling

poor idle and stalling

hi my rs turbo idles very badly and cuts out when i stop and junctions and a like. i havnt looked at the moment but i will check for air leaks and stuff but any thing else? any suggestions

Could be distributer, cap, rotor arm, plugs, leads, timing, idle mixture or like you say an air leak!
