Well im hoping someone might be able to help me. Im thinking of fitting a brake balace bar box like the following from rally design
http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/product...oducts_id=4045
Iv bee searching high and low in my old pile of ford mags to try and find an artical where they go through installing one of thease. Has anyone fitted one of thease as im keen to give it a go but just need some advice on how difficult they are to install and try to find that how to install guide. CheerRS

There wont be a fitting guide for one of them onto a RST,as it would require a good bit of welding, making of brackets etc etc. That is not a simple bolt on mod!But if youre handy with a welder or a mate is,get out the measuring tape and get stuck in.Regards,Micky

Have you any pics?
Im sure that in either fastford or performanceford mag they covered the conversion and it looked a peice of piss. Just wish i could remember wich issue it was.

My mate has one
He used one from a Fiesta, got a bracket from a scrap yard and welded the front half of the fiesta to the rear half of the escort one so in the end it was just a bolt on job
