been getting my car ready for mot been off the road 3 years and the rear chassis legs have seen better days i can plate them but was wondering how easy are they to replace?? welding aint a problem but i have concerns about making sure they are straight

any advice is welcome

Not the easiest job in the world mate, shitloads of spot welds to drill out and thats only the start of things to come........

Welding new ones in straight should be an issue im sure they locate in with the other parts on the chassis leg sections.

Hows your mate anyway havent heard from him since he was trying to get his cabby running lol

ive had both mine done it was not a bad job just took time we cut and welded the chassis back in from the boot. when we cut the old one out just leave a little bit of old chassis at both ends if its still decent it will be easier to line it up
