Default Which comrpession ratio?

can anyone give some advice on the above,
im looking at a ration of 8:0:1 at the mo, does anyone know what this means?lol
and how the car would drive i.e. would it be laggy and slow on boost etc

8.0-1 is the compressed volume,with the right turbo it will be fine

What engine spec?

8:1 is fairly typical for a YB engine.

my engine spec:
stage 3 big valve race head fully ported
kent cvh34 cam & vernier (i know they are shite, im saving for a newmans before anyone says.lol)
Stage 3 turbo with 2wd cossie compressor wheel
Gotech management
Large capacity front mount intercooler (radtec)

8:1 sounds reasonable to me for that spec, cant see you having any issues, although I wouldnt claim to be a CVH expert.

Drop a PM to "Rick" and "Christian and Becky", and ask them to have a look at this thread.
