Yellow Relay Under Dash

I have a S2 ERST running on EFI..

I have had some issues where the fuel pump, pumps all the time...

I found out today its the Yellow relay under the dash.. I know the pink one has something to do with pump but what does the Yellow one do...

on efi it is the yellow one for the pump pink is mfi
