you can put a mk3 door card on a mark 4 oor but when you try and put a mark 4 on a mk 3 door its grief.
Where the handle screws in there is no metal to screw it to.
and the lever to open the door is different too.
and when you put a mk4 handle in it dont fit.
been a while since i tried it but i can remember not bothering.
