I ried Ford and they dont do full lock sets, dont know about individual locks though.

They will rob you though as they were looking nearly £40 for an ignition barrel and key

I got a brand new one off of ebay for a tenner.

xr3i and esrt mk4 door locks are the same so it does'nt matter what one i get does it?
