this is the info i got with a set of Eagle rods and ARP rod bolds for a Zetec, would imagine they'd be very similar if not the same

CVH ARP rod bolts.

use lube, tighten to 22lbft, undo, tighten to 22lbft, loosen and retighten again to 22lbft.

thats wot i did aswell as it says it in the instructions- they need to be torqued 3 times
