Haynes manual has them mate.
Off the top of my head haynes lists this as a four stage operation.......
Stage one Tighten to 20 to 40 Nm - 15 to 30 lb ft
Stage two Tighten to 55 Nm - 41 lb ft
Stage 3 Tighten a further 90deg
Stage 4 Tighten a further 90deg

different settings if using non strench bolts, but same seq.
20, 40, 60, 80 lbft, is what i found best. (others say 60ibft)
