I know there won't be an accurate answer here, but can someone give me a rough bhp/torque figure for a car with the following spec please?

H plate S2
Standard 1.6 CVH
Rebuilt standard T3
-31 actuator
Pace intercooler (the in one side, out the other type, not the in at the top, out at the bottom one)
Pace reverse crossover pipe
3" Scorpion system with 4" tailpipe
Pipercross cone filter
12psi

and does it sound like a safe* buy, or a bit of a risk? I'm a bit dubious as it mentions more boost, but not a chip, although I haven't asked about that yet

*or as safe as a 17 year old car can be.

sounds ok to me but if not chipped don't see how it could run 12 psi of boost

but i really don't see why somebody would go to all that trouble with bigger intercoolers exhaust actuaters etc without chipping it

that would be one of the first things to do
