Please could someone tell me the best timing for a standard cam and what the ignition timing be @ dizzy end? the cars chipped and usual bits and bobs front mount, air filter, exhaust.

Any advice much appreciated.

 

ignition timing is 12 degrees with map hose off, at about 850 rpm.
