Default Brake set up

Hello guys,

I hope you can help me, because most of the guys in the netherlands are unclear and i don't know it anymore.
I wanted a brake upgrade on my rst s2 so in the netherlands they told me just buy cossie brakes they are all the same and you can fit them easily.

So i bought a set of cossie brakes, but afther that i found out there are differences between them en some use washers and other take 1 mm of there brake discs.

So here's my question. What brakediscs do i need to order and what adjustments do i have to make?

here's a picture of my calipers i don't know if you are able to help me with only the picture but i worth to give it a try

Also for braided brake lines why do the always supply 4 brake lines? I have the car now a year in parts and i can only remember the front brake lines that i can changes for braided? but do i need them from a cossie now or just for the escort?
Cheers guys!
