rite ive just bought a s2 gearbox off ebay and he claims it has lsd how do i check as the driveshaft cups have been removed, the gearbox is off the car, is there any numbers that i can check thanks gav quick answers needed as i pick it up on friday

 

look in where the shafts go and if you can see a bar then its not but if you see a 13mm round hole then its an lsd

 

as above if there is a vertical bar obstructing the view through the driveshaft holes then its not a lsd ox
