vernier pulleys, timing belt

Does anyone have any recommadations of which pulley to use and also timing belt.
Engine spec is standard, with dump valve, exhaust. Thanks.

Standard pulley if you have a standard engine

as above, adjustible pulley would make no differance to engine with a standard cam
