Are cam and cam hidraulic followers included in kit?

Is usual to change springs on valves or valve rubbers ? Or only cam and followers? Engine have about 175 000 km

 

A Kent Cam kit usually contains :-

Camshaft
Cam Followers
Valve Springs
One-Piece stem seals
Cam Lube
Timing Disc

Personally I wouldn't touch Kent, but thats just my opinion. The CVH 34 is a nice profile, but the quality is shit.

what would you put in? some piper cam kit?

 

just get a standard kit mate, still a nice profile and no worse quality than kent/piper- just no pub bragging rights

 

yes, I think standard cam will be good for me. But I see that performance cam which "work" at 1500-7000 rpm have good power gains. It will be ideally for me, if there is a cam which give few bhp at middle/higher range but dont have looses at low rpms.
