Default koni adjustable help

hi all, one of the adjusters wont turn either way on one of my shocks,
does this mean its knackered or is there any way i can free it off?
i dont want to put too much pressure on it and snap it off.

Are you adjusting them under load? When i fitted mine it said you must jack up the car and then adjust them. Probably not the issue but thought i would mention

!! JACKING UP CAR HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!-HA-HA/LOL
IF WE HAD TO DO THAT EVERY TIME IT CAME INTO SERVICE WE WOULD LOOSE LOADS OF TIME----------------
IF ITS TIGHT DONT USE THE KONI AJUSTER AS IT WILL RUIN IT/USE SOME WD ON IT AND MOLE GRIPS ETC-SOUNDS LIKE ITS OVERTIGHTENED FROM LAST ADJUSTMENT

--ON ITS WHEELS OR NOT IT DONT MATTER!!!!!!!

It's only the older Koni shocks (non top-adjustable) that need to be adjusted at full length.

The older, non top adjustables have to be removed from the car to adjust. This is because you have to push them fully inwards and then rotate the rod to adjust.

The top adjustables can be set with the car on its wheels. Never had a problem with doing so.
