Default Brake problem..please help..

Hi guys, im having this $%#$%#$ brake problem...
I spend 6,5 hours today trying to bleed my brake system..

I have an Escort RS Turbo 1989 with ST170 brakes on the front and sierra cosworth brakes on the rear.
The mastercylinder (23mm) is from a standard escort, so no compensators (or how do you call thoses things..) at the back of the car on the brake lines. I have the braided steel brake lines all around.
Everything is brand new. I put this machine on my mastercylinder reservoir with 2 bar pressure to pump all the air out of the system. After that I also tried to get the air out doing it the old way...by foot. Im pretty sure there is no more air in the system.

Now when I hit the brakes it still goes straight down to the bottom, but when I hit the brake a couple of times it will build up pressure and hold about half the way down. When I wait like 10 seconds and hit the brake again it goes straight down again...

Since the mastercylinder is brand new I got these 'stop' screws with it in the box and used it on the mastercylinder to test were the problem is coming from. It seems the new cosworth capilar at the back left of the car is the problem, but im not convinced because its brand new...and cant think of anything being wrong with it, because oil is coming out when bleeding it and there is no oil leaking from it.
There is no leak else were in the system, because I cannot see any oil anywere.
The thing I also noticed is that when the back left brake line is connected and I use the brakes it doesnt come straight back up when I take off my foot. Does this tell me anything?

Just a question...who has done this conversion? Was it difficult to get it up and running? Is the standard 23mm mastercylinder too small for these 4 big capilars?

Thanks

Surely that could have popped the master cylinder seals pretty quickly

Major thanks guys !

I seem to have solved the problem

I did a capilar swap !!! The bleed screw was facing downwards, so some how I wasnt able to fully bleed the system. Now that the capilars are swapped the bleed screw is facing upwards which allows me to bleed the system correctly

ps. I have the full st170 brake setup and cos brake setup at the back.

Now that everything works fine....im having another issue...
When I hit the brakes hard, the back of the car wants to twist...
how to say...the car wants to go side ways...

I only have 2 recarro seats in the car, so perhaps the car is too light at the back?

when you took the back praportion valves off did you put the valves off a standard escort on ( they are fixed on the inner wing)?
