clutch prob
im havin trouble selecting 1st and 2nd gear with the engine running, all is fine when the engine is off, if i put it into 5th i get a slight crunch and it goes in then i can select any gear fine, then if i release the clutch pedal then depress it again i cant get 1st or 2nd again, im running a ap organic clutch new cable and mk5 pedal mod ive tried adjusting the pedal and gear linkage to no avail
anyone got any ideas

also if im driving along and dip the clutch to change gear i can get 1st and 2nd it just seems like it doesent want to go in 1st or 2nd when at a standstill
