Default OH DEAR............

I have just removed the head from my S2, with the help from martin(he has sooooooo much patience,the man is a star, cheers mate) and i have found this, can anyone spot the problem.................

the piston is deformed / broken!!!!

hows that happened? too much boost,, fueling out??

What have you been putting in your coolant system aswell????

That block face is horrendous

davsmith64 Melted piston Ive been told more boost not as much fuel, i was only running 14psi but looking now the screw for the fuel metering head is missing so cant adjust properly, will need to get this refurbed before i put new engine in........

Christian and Beccy Yes rebuild time

SafeChav Unfortunately thats how i bought it i havent added anything to the car, some of the head bolts were wet with oil and some were dry and looked if they were going to snap !!!
